high cadence warm up

I went book shopping today after i finished The Immortal Class a book about Bicycle Messengers that was quite interesting. Mo and I bought "Created in darkness by troubled Americans " a short story collection culled from the pages of McSweeny's. Last Exit To Brooklyn By Hubert Selby Jr which was the basis for requiem for a dream and White Teeth by Zadie Smith which I've heard good things about. It feels good to be reading again i would love any book suggestions that anyone would have the urge to submit. Ps I bought a new bike while on vacation in wisconsin a Scott Speedster S4. Holy Shit it is fast.
